QU\u00c9 SE DEBE SOLICITAR UN REGISTRO SANITARIO?<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El REGISTRO SANITARIO busca a trav\u00e9s de la obtenci\u00f3n de los registros y certificaciones para la fabricaci\u00f3n, preservaci\u00f3n, manipulaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de productos de consumo humano, proteger a la poblaci\u00f3n del riesgo de sufrir enfermedades y\/o de padecer efectos secundarios de todo tipo, causados por productos de calidad deficiente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El registro sanitario da una garant\u00eda adicional al producto, para el consumidor final, porque da un respaldo de que el alimento, bebida, cosm\u00e9tico, medicamento u otros productos fueron manipulados, procesados o construidos con los est\u00e1ndares de calidad.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La entidad competente, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> [INVIMA] vigila productos de consumo humano y estudia las solicitudes en los siguientes grupos:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Alimentos y Bebidas\u00a0<\/b><\/li><\/ul><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Medicamentos y Productos Biol\u00f3gicos<\/b><\/li><\/ul><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Dispositivos M\u00e9dicos\u00a0<\/b><\/li><\/ul><ul><li 400;\">Suspensi\u00f3n o cancelaci\u00f3n del registro o de la licencia.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cierre temporal o definitivo del establecimiento, edificaci\u00f3n o servicio respectivo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
